We are thrilled to invite you to a week of rejuvenation with our Summer Skin Refresh! Experience the pleasure and rest of retreat found right at home. This seasonal ritual cleanse will be available in-person, remote or hybrid. Together we will take a deep dive in to the ancient beauty rituals for rejuvenating and revitalizing our largest organ, the skin!
We will be guided through this week of renewal by Zyrka, Elena, Emma and Minka, spending time together to refresh the skin, body, mind, and spirit through daily movement, massage, nourishing food, and natural medicine. You can join this refresh in-person in Santa Barbara, or you can join remotely.
During this time, we will be sharing deep wisdom and practical tips from East Asian and Ayurvedic traditions to jumpstart your metabolism, cleanse the lymph, reduce inflammation, stimulate detoxification, balance the nervous system, and powerfully revitalize the skin.
These practices are simple and will easily integrate into your daily rituals to help you stay balanced, nourished, and attuned to each season.
